Total rip off artist do not deal with this company. They won't even allow you into your car to get your passport. And they overcharge like crazy avoid this place at all cost and they are very rude

This place is the biggest scam. I was approached by a tow truck driver at the scene of an accident. He towed my car to the police station and then this collision centre. Mind you I’ve never been in an accident before, I was feeling stressed and I’m pregnant. I don’t know what the process is or payment. The tow never gave me his name or card information - just told me he was dropping it off at this address. When I called this location they told me the towing charge was $995 for the tow, $100 for each night it was there plus tax. When I asked her what the total cost would be her response was “I don’t know, I’m not a calculator”. The treatment I’ve received here was disappointing. I ended up junking the car and there was no empathy given. Everyone I’ve spoken to told me that the price they charged was outrageous. All they cared about was the payment method…
