Got my brand new 25 BMW X3 smashed up a month after taking possession of it. Ended up taking it to Assured. After 1 month of it being repaired, I noticed a few flaws on 1 quarter panel and notified them of it. Sally was extremely helpful by getting me in very shortly. It was in for just a few hours. They delivered car to my work so, it was all buffed out and conveniently driven to me so I could just drive home. Very good service!

From start to finish it was a smooth transition, from arranging a rental car, being updated and informed of the timeline of repair, parts arriving and when I can pick up my car. Sally did a wonderful job in email and phone correspondence. I am happy and pleased with my car repair and it was shiny clean white at pick up. It looks like a New car! Efficient and friendly service from the young lady at the front desk and Safraz. Had my sideview mirror stolen off of my car. They managed to come in significantly cheaper than my dealership and they managed to get the work done under my insurance deductible so I didn't need to put through a claim. The holiday season is stressfully expensive, so I appreciate all the efforts of this shop...so much so that I bought coffee and donuts for their entire team as a thank you. Again, a huge thank you to the staff at this location.
Very impressed with the service and quality of the work done on my car! Staff was courteous and friendly and more than delivered on getting the work done within the time that they promised. They washed and detailed my car as well, it looked sparkling clean when I came to pick it up. This is true customer service, great job guys!
