Very happy with their service! Rick Appliances Repair fixed a long-standing issue with my dryer that other companies couldn’t solve. They were fast, honest, and really skilled.
The appliance repair provided by Rick from AC Appliance Repair Inc.was excellent. The service call was prompt, and the work was completed in a skilled manor. Rick took the time to show and explain the issue and what was involved in fixing it. I would highly recommend AC Appliance Repair Inc. I would definitely use the company again.
Had this so called Rick(Ravi) here June 4 for a seized pulley which spun the belt off. That was $250 and the warranty was written on a business card. June 11 dryer stops. Thermal cutout apparently. Not covered under the business card warranty. Another $160.00 . $80 for the labour $80 for the part which turned out to be $22 after a little research. August 19. Dryer not working again. Not calling these shysters again. Stay away from Rick/Ravi whoever. Ripoff artists. Just the type that give the industry a bad name
Professional and honest. Showed up when promised and very reasonable pricing. Most of all I really like the 3 month labour and parts warranty. Other companies only offer 1 month. Would definitely recommend to anyone with appliance issues.
I was very satisfied with the service which was same day . These people are very honest as i thought problem was much more involved and they told it was not and cost me much less. they were very friendly and did a very professional job. I would recommend them to my friends
