After multiple experiences with Green Star we found them to be highly ethical, polite, knowledgable and honest! We had to call them twice now for our Danby Silhouette under-the-counter fridge (buyer beware on that product), they were able to fix it the first time but this second time it was a worst case scenario. The technician explained the issue and our options. They also diagnosed (btw diagnostic fee is waived if you perform the repair with them) our Kitchenaid oven, which has been great but seems like many appliances these days...not built to last too long, we had to replace the fan (bearings worn out after only 4y). I saw another review complain about their labor costs (there is a returning customer discount btw), I would say hey if you can do this work yourself more power to you! Or if you have luck with high quality cheap labor (which is very rare) again more power to you! We will be sticking with Green Star...though I hope we don't have to call them again anytime soon hahah

He also made sure everything was clean and tidy, and wore shoe covers — which I really appreciated. The repair was completed fast, the service comes with a warranty, and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. I am impressed and highly recommend!
If you ever have any electronic appliance issues, look no further than Green Star Appliances. We moved to Oshawa recently & didn’t know any repair services here. Read great reviews online & decided to call them for our Dryer repair as it was making squeaky noises each time we ran it since past few weeks. Oleksii was fantastic- he identified the issue quickly on his first visit & repaired it on his 2nd. Both times he was sharp on time, thoroughly professional yet friendly. Oleksii was very prompt in responding to my malfunctioning freezer ice maker. He was efficient in trying to diagnose the issue and repairing the problem. Yesterday, Roman repaired our leaky Kenmore dishwasher (inlet valve). He quickly diagnosed the problem (over the phone prior to the visit, in fact), replaced the part, and thoroughly tested to confirm the leak was mitigated. Roman accommodated my schedule to book the repair, and was immediately available by text and phone. He was prompt, highly knowledgeable, and thorough. Great company. Highly recommend.
