Repair tech was extremely friendly and very honest and upfront about the repair costs. In the end it was cheaper to replace the oven then to repair due to the problem. The tech was completely pressure free when discussing options and not once did I feel like I was being hard sold on repairing it. Would use the service again for any other appliance repairs.
Sam helped me fix my dryer when the heating stopped working. He was extremely polite and professional. He explained the issue and was very transparent and fair in his pricing. I would definitely give him a call again in the future.
My Maytag dryer was making a lot of noise. Seemed like it was about to break. Called Honest Appliance Repair and spoke with Sam. He booked me for the very next day. As soon as I turned the dryer on Sam knew what was wrong. He completed the repair and the dryer is humming perfectly. I would definitely recommend Sam at Honest Appliance Repair.
i had a lg washer turning off on cycles with growling sound sam showed up on given time change the washer drain pump took 2 hours of hard work. changed it with original lg parts give me warranty of 3 month parts and labor sam knows how to work with old appliances 5 star work experience..... will call him again good communication good technical know how charged accordingly but wouldn't leave u disappointed...

Excellent service, fixed our two year old Whirlpool dishwasher. Sam gave me a great price and was a pleasure to deal with. Came on time and was very friendly and straight forward. I would highly reccomend them. August 9th 2025 Today I called Sam for another repair. He did an excellent job repairing our KitchenAid built in fridge. The fan needed to be replaced. He provided a great price on parts and labour and was very knowledgeable about the appliance.
