I was referred to Stellar Stems from a friend and I received excellent customer service from Jennifer. I expressed the types of flowers and colors that I wanted and Jennifer went above and beyond to make absolutely stunning floral arrangements for my mother's funeral. My family and I received many compliments regarding the arrangements and was asked for the business information, which I gladly shared. Jennifer was empathetic, patient and understanding during this difficult time. The icing on the cake was the absolutely gorgeous bouquet of all white hydrangea’s, roses and baby's breath that Jennifer sent complimentary from the business. Jen is a MASTER at what she does. She created a gorgeous floral wall from SCRATCH for my bridal shower. Her centrepieces are to die for. She caught my eye with her vibrant colors.
