  Very poor service and bad customer service ever!! No one is willing to answer the phone call and it takes me 2weeks for the refund of cancelled order (still haven’t received the refund yet !)

  As explained on phone your phone number was missing on order, The incomplete information, caused the delay in refund. The refund was done the same day as phone number got updated.

  I bought some Oreo Cookie Crumbs and got chocolate crumbs instead. I asked for a replacement but they said they don't sell what I wanted. They mislabeled their items and then didn't facilitate the return.

  I went to BulkMart for an online pickup and had a terrible experience. I waited around the store for over 15 minutes trying to find someone who could even help me with my order. To make it worse, my order wasn’t even ready despite placing it a week earlier. They advertise items online that aren’t actually in stock, which is misleading. On top of that, the customer service was horrible, no care for customers. I will definitely not be returning.

  This is a fake review. All orders are fulfilled on time, and product availability is clearly shown to indicate whether an item is online-only or in-store.

  Worst customer service . Emailed to put an order through and I asked which email to e transfer them for the payment as they don’t accept credit card payment . Never received any response for the emails sent. staff not helpful when you want to buy at the location for cash and carry . Was told I can order online with no max limit but got absolutely no response on how to complete the online order.

  We hope you understand, that you are complaining about the item which is nowhere in the market, and still you got it from BulkMart. Due to a manufacturer shortage of Sunlight dishwashing liquid, we've implemented a purchase limit. We appreciate your understanding that when there is shortage and limit implemented, 15 qty of that item is not possible to give to one customer.
