Western Ceramics is a must for anyone in the floral, event, or gift industry. Excellent selection of vases and unique, hard to find items, with fair prices and consistently well stocked inventory. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making every visit a pleasure. Highly recommend setting up an account with them.
UPDATED REVIEW We are event decorators and have been coming to western global for over 7 years. The absolute best place for all your decoration needs. The flowers and greenery they have are next level realistic and amazing prices. Adam the owner and his wife along with his son run a family business, very friendly, informative and helpful. If you have any questions regarding decorations they will go out of there way to help you and guide you find the right product! Ignore the bad reviews, they aren't really customers!!! That said, this place is fantastic for finding decor for weddings, events, or any occasion that requires artificial flowers and greenery, ribbons, vases, premade floral decor, and more. They offer a great selection with good quality items at excellent prices, and you can even get extra discounts on bulk purchases. The owner, Adam, and the staff were wonderful and helpful. They explained everything clearly and demonstrated extensive knowledge. Adam was also funny and very nice. I highly recommend this place!
Yesterday when I went to this company I had a bad experience. Don't like the treatment of the employees. I just wanted to buy some things for decoration, I would never buy there again. I hope you do not receive a call for this bad comment on google if you do not like it, your treatment of customers should be better. i hope your understanding Sorry for inconvenience caused ?
This was one of the first stores I started shopping at when I opened my business and always my first stop when shopping in the circle. Since the first visit the owner helped me out, he always gave me new great ideas on how to improve my work and increase my business. Would highly recommend Western to anyone starting out or anyone thats been in the business for years.
My fiancée can't stop raving about this place, she'll tell everyone who will listen! Our decorator recommended we check this store out for ideas and at the last minute couldn't attend with us but assured us we would be in good hands. Compared to the other wholesalers we checked out this place is incredibly organized, product was top quality and someone was always nearby for us to ask questions as we shopped. Thank you Lorain for your patience! My biggest recommendation to new shoppers here (or wholesale in general) is to tell them it is your first time. We spoke to a lady at the front and she explained where differnt types of products were, how pricing worked and some tips for shopping wholesale. Made the shopping experience easier for me and I got to see my fiancée shop like a kid in a candy store. We are eagerly awaiting seeing all the glass centerpieces, flowers and flower walls put together for our upcoming wedding! We will be back for future events for sure.
