I had an amazing experience shopping from this store today. The lady and her husband were so polite and helpful. The store is well maintained and has all the things you’d need to have a nicely decorated party. I’d come back again!

Super unprofessional. I called them in the morning , asked them for some shimmer panels , they were offering $3 , that’s a great price but I asked them if they can do $2.50 and will take 36 of them. I don’t know who picked the call , but she literally yelled at me and said THRICE “forget it” , Forget it , forget it. What a wonderful customer service , I spent $20 extra and bought from another place who greeted me. I have 20+ friends in this wedding industry, and would definitely let them know that don’t visit this place ever.

I asked Maria if they had an online store, she said “no”. Turns out they do. Asked if I can see the product before purchase as they don’t do refunds, she said no. When I asked what time are you open until, she replied, “depends on your luck”. Who operates a business like this.

Thank guys for providing me beautiful quality butterfly for my senior month event. This will total bring some sunshine in their lives epecially during these times. I will highly recommend them. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive with questions I had. I will recommend them for event supplies!!!
