Melissa and her team were great to work with for our wedding flowers. They were professional and timely. They listened to our vision for the flowers and also provided their professional expertise. They took the vibes of our wedding and made sure that the flowers would work well, and they did! The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were beautifully assembled and the groom’s and groomsmen’s boutonnieres were perfect. All the flowers were fresh and remained that way for days after and the colours were exactly what we wanted. They took care of our flower arrangements in the most professional and caring way and we would work them again!

Doing business with this group started out good and was going great up until it was time to return my security deposit - which they confirmed I was going to get back. Had an event with this business in July 2023, under Serendipity Event Space - assuming Pure Lush is the parent company as all my payments were made to them. Paid security deposit and all other payments ON TIME with no issues - even gave them additional business the day of! When it was time to receive my security deposit back I was told the business is closed but a full refund will be processed, this was from August 2023! It is now March 2024 and I have yet to hear back… or see a refund to this day! I have called and e-mailed numerous times, even though they seem to still be doing business, and no response… not even an acknowledgement callback or e-mail! If you are looking to conduct business of any kind, be very cautious!
Absolutely beautiful!! They did my ceremony decor and my florals. EVERYONE complimented the beauty of everything! The flowers were absolutely stunning and the team at Pure Lush Designs and their sister company Lush Flowers were so sweet, responsive and eager to make sure everything was exactly how I dreamed it would be!! If you want a beautiful event, you need to hire them!!!
