Rcc did good job. Jeffery and crew arrived on the time to do the job. Crew showed and explained what was getting done. Cleaned the area after job was completed.
Ramy came out to check out our issue, diagnosed it quickly and sent the quote the same day. We had the work done by RCC, Darwin did a great job! Very happy with RCC from start to finish.
The team at RCC were fantastic. Justin S always responded quickly, was professional and educated me on the process. Once we decided to move forward the work completed by Chris I and his team was great. The took the time to protect our hardwood floors, were polite, courteous and efficient. Our job was done in two days and they left the work area spotless. There are plenty of options however I would only choose the professional team from RCC.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with RCC waterproofing regarding a recent waterproofing job at my property. During the process, their crew caused noticeable damage to our interlocking driveway/pavers which also is shared by our neighbours— something that was in perfect condition prior to the work. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to address the issue and seek compensation for the damage, the company has not responded. I understand the interlocking is not reinstated in the work area by the team but the adjoining areas where there was no work performed was damaged due to not enough precautions being taken during work to keep the other interlocking pavers intact. Not only is this unprofessional, but it shows a complete lack of accountability for the work they performed. We trusted them with our home, and instead, we’re left with costly repairs and no support or acknowledgment from their side. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for responsible or reliable service. If you value your property and want peace of mind, look elsewhere. 8/4 - RCC has not yet responded even though the comment says its under investigation. Its a pure lack of oversight from the crew who did not do a good job in rnsuring work area is secured and taken care.
