After wasting to much money and time trying to fix the leaks in our basement wall I came across Nicks add for PRIME Waterproofing. I contacted Nick, he came the day looked at our situation, explained how he would fix it, gave us a cost estimat and a time.frame. He came at the stated time, and was finished it in 1.5 days. 40 ft length and 4 or more ft depth. It is over a year since the work was done, no more leaks! I’m very pleased with the work, cost and clean up. I highly recommend Nick and his crew.
Nick and his team did waterproofing of existing foundation, new addition and installed a new sump pump at our home. Nick is a very nice person to deal with, did the job promptly and at a very reasonable cost when compared with other quotes. Most importantly, I felt that the job was done well and Nick accommodated the schedule with other trades being involved. I would not hesitate to recommend his company.

A few times we had water come into our basement. We received waterproofing quotes and one was from PRIME. Nick stood out because he came the next day to provide a quote and he was super easy to talk to. His team waterproofed the back of the house and installed a sump pump/pit because the storm line was clogged. Our pit unfortunately is collecting a lot of ground water and the pump is running every hour (no fault of PRIME). Even after we paid in full, Nick was always available to talk to and he came over a number of times to assess the issue. He even provided me a free extra pump to have on hand! We definitely recommend PRIME. I would also recommend considering if you do have ground water and if replacing or jetting out your storm line is better than installing a sump pit. I will need to consider this to avoid having the sump pump always running.
Nick and his team are true professionals, I took around 4 to 5 quotes from different companies and his was the best one.
