Recently , I had a rare experience of ordering a supplement, and , after the safety seal was peeled off, there were only 18 tablets, instead of the 60 as indicated on the box. Village Vitamins were as shocked as I was with this discovery. I am so pleased with how quickly and efficiently this was dealt with after my initial phone call.My call was on a Friday, and by Monday morning, I had a text message. I was relieved and delighted that the very same day, Village Vitamins told me a new box was on the way !! My daughter told me of Village Vitamins and I highly recommend them for great customer service and very competitive pricing.

Dreadful experience! I placed order on August 30th. By September 5th, I had not received any notifications regarding the package being sent. I left a phone message, no response. I sent an email, September 8th, wait for it ... no response. On September 9th, I phoned: apparently they were waiting for one item prior to shipping. Finally on September 10th received notification of shipment. On September 15th package finally arrived BUT WAIT it was missing an item ... but in it's place I had been sent 3 samples of calcium magnesium 10ml which expires 12/2025. The other 3 10ml samples which was my 'free' 30ml bonus with my order expire 10/2026. I phoned and spoke with a woman who was dealing with online orders. "Oh, please send us a photo of the packing receipt and the products you did receive and we will get back to you regarding the missing item". I sent the email directly after the call with photos. September 24th ... IMAGINE no phone call, no email, SO a google review seems appropriate IF and that is a BIG significant IF you deal with this company don't delete any correspondence because then you can track the blatant disregard you have received as a customer of this company. My advice .. pay a few extra dollars for an alternative company which will offer courteous, prompt and honourable service.
Scam - bait and switch. My review rating is 0 stars. I wanted to return my orders because they did not give me what I paid for. Instead, they shipped me something I did not want at all, and it was only worth $1. This happened for both orders that arrived on the same day. Emails and phone calls went unanswered for over two weeks. They owe me more than $28 worth but would only offer $5 credit when someone finally replied. I was also told that they would not accept returns. That's two orders totaling almost $400. I will NEVER shop there again. Healthy Planet will be my go-to.

Every order I've made through the Village Vitamin Store has been promptly packed and delivered well, with email notifications, and often arrives with a little bonus that you get when you spend more. I've also found them to have the best prices on most of the supplements I buy. I use them often.
