Owner and staff are very knowledgeable. They always ask good discovery questions and provide best advice. Highly recommend for all nutrition products. They gave me good deal during Boxing Day.
I am new to the fitness world and just started working out. I came into the store for some advice on begginer products and the young lady working was more than helpful. I ended up purchasing new protein, creatine and pre workout and i’m so happy with what i bought. They have great selection and the lady was more than patient with me.
Been getting all my supplements from here since I started gymming and I love it!! Come here once in awhile for their goated protein shakes. Service is amazing!! Just wish the good flavours didnt run out all the time
Firstly, I’m very happy that it’s literally right next to the Gym. Whenever I want a shake, it’s only a second away (I also have to comment on how the shakes are the BEST thing I’ve ever had, I get them every time I go to the gym). The service is great and the staff are very nice, they always help you out with anything you need. But, please bring back the black straws, the white, skinny ones kill me!!!
This place has all the right deals when you need, with a good collection of whey, pre-workout and a bit if extra gear as well. The person working there also seemed to provide the right guidance and support when in the store. Do check it if you workout at goodlife.
