Amazing Store! Just bought my stack from Bad Boyz Nutrition and I’m super happy! They’ve got a huge variety of American brands you don’t normally find in other supplement stores. Prices are solid, products are fresh, and the staff actually know their stuff. Definitely my go-to spot now for all supplements — highly recommend checking them out!

I have been going to this store almost since the time they have opened. “Mostly” had a good experience in the past. They also typically gavr a good deal on most products you buy. But I am extremely let down by their customer service recently. Twice I have visited to the store and they are closed almost two hours before their business hours posted online. But I honestly still kept going there because of their customer service, Param has usually been nice and respectful. Couple of months ago I purchased protien in bulk from them, and they gave a ridiculous deal, which I really appreciated by the way. When I called today, they said they cannot honour that price anymore. I completely understand and respect the fact if they are unable to give me the same deal. But the tone and attitude of the person I spoke to was extremely disappointing and disrespectful, I don’t know if this person is param or the other guy who works there. Once I told them I understand you gave me a great deal, but can you please tell me what’s the best you can do now. He responded by saying “ if your buying 20-30 packs” then we can talk, I said unfortunately I am not buying that much quantity, but I said” I am an old customer “ can you consider that and do better , he said “we don’t care” and our conversation ended there. I just want to say, guys, I understand loosing one customer like me who you clearly don’t value or appreciate may not may not make any difference to you, But if you keep up with this attitude it will definitely bite you back. You got to have returning and repeat customer not one time business. Extremely disheartened.
