It is now December 17th and still nothing. They WON'T respond to emails. They take your money and ship nothing. Terrible service, awful experience. Get your product elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

I pre-ordered the phantasmal flame booster box in Aug 2025, and they said it would ship as soon as it is released on Nov 14. it is now December, and I still haven't received any update on the order. Meanwhile, they started selling wave 2 of phantasmal flame and that is expected to start shipping on Dec 5. So it is ok to ignore existing pre-order and sell a 'wave 2' for more profit now? DO NOT ORDER from this store because they won't fulfill the order. I am going to start a credit card charge back.
Dropped by to check out the store. Pros - Well organized and great looking store. - Friendly and helpful staff. (Looks to be family run but I could be wrong). - They do speak in another language at times but in my case, it was to better help me as the elder lady was getting help from the younger one. Cons - Games were priced a little above market value but not by much. (They do work with you though).
Very friendly and nice staff. They are extremely nice and welcoming. Good selection of games and a lot of Pokémon cards, Funko Pops, and Gundams. Good selection and prices.
Great prices and deals! Eric is awesome and provides great customer service. Very welcoming ambience. Well organized. Great collection. Update: after scanning bad reviews I just want to add that when you sell your old games to stores I dont know anyone again that Will pay expected prices. If youre not happy with what they offer... dont atleast go in trying to make out of it what you will selling on marketplace. I still feel this store is a blessing to mississauga or Infact all over gta that I go through many doors. The customer service is great. Too bad many buyers are impatient and dont believe the reputation goes both way when you are building a seller and customer relationship. My latest experience over the summer of 2025 buying games for my nephew visiting from Alberta was again a 5. Eric was even happy to ship the games to him for future purchases above certain prices or some postage paid.
