Staff are friendly, but the prices are out to lunch, not even trying to be competitive. They're using 401games for their pricing, which is the most expensive card shop in the GTA. Atleast 401 sells singles online. So you can pay that high price to have it shipped to your house. Upper hand doesn't want to do the work involved in having stock and shipping.
Horrible experience. They treat you like crap. They don’t care about you. The girl with long eye lashes and tattoos has the guts to give crappy attitude. I really don’t recommend coming here. But the other lady was very nice and laughing. She was very generous. You will loose all your profit of cards. DONT COME HERE Edit: I was never going to anyway.
Staff were really nice, and there was so many Pokemon singles for you to choose. If you are trying to find a specific pokemon, this is the place to go. The experience was great. Will be coming back again.
Stopped by for the first time with my nephew who has been Pokémon obsessed. The staff were so kind and even let him have 2 free cards that he had been eyeing. We were shocked by this kindness, and can’t wait to come back!
Been here tons of times, had lots of fun every time ive been here, and yhe prices on singles are amazing Ive also made tons of profit overtime of owning the cards, my only concern is that now the prices for boxes and packs have skyrocketed cause of the inscessant scalping forcing prices to rise and trump’s tarrifs- (which isnt the shop’s fault by any means) where i cant even buy 3 packs for $20 But the deals were amazing! For example today i needed help completing a collection and the workers were super helpful and was able to get me most of the cards i needed! (though my tike was short i will be back tomorrow for more)
Was just in the area, saw the card shop and figured I’d check it out. Turns out they were running a journey together pre-release. The owner was super kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. He seems to be an important part of the Pokémon community here and is great at bringing people together. Ended up pulling the chase card. Had a great time here and will definitely be coming back. Huge appreciation for the owner and what he does here. -Mr “Moneybags”
Poor customer service. Edit: the owner replied to this review 2 months later, assuming I am the person who was haggling over 50 cents or whatever. I am not that guy, and I have not been there ever since I left this review goes to show what kind of person runs this business.
