Purchased TE 50 Y and TE 6 from Mississauga Hilti with the help of Sharon and Anmol. Sharon was awesome at pulling up specs and comparing products to my needs. Had a very negative experience at this location trying to pick up an order made ahead of time. There were 5 employees and only 1 other customer in the store and yet I couldn't get help from anyone. Multiple employees were staring down at their phones texting or having conversations with each other about their weekend and I got told to go back and forth between two desks 3 times before someone finally took my order number after 20 minutes (once they took my order number it only took about 15 seconds to grab my item thankfully). Two people walked into the store during this time and they were both assisted ahead of me while I stood beside the staff waiting without being acknowledged. I'm not sure why I was treated like I wasn't there but it was a humiliating experience.
I wish i could have option to give 0 star....came for delivery....receiver was very rude....bring DG load took almost 2hrs to unload after it he refuses to remove placads from container and speaks arrogantly "thats not my job". However by law its receiver's duty to remove it and shipper to put....
This is my store of preference. They have the warehouse where everything is usually in stock. Staff is great, always great upon entering the store, and usually able to speak to someone right away unless it's busy. The first thing in the morning sometimes can be busy as all the contractors are trying to get their stuff before going to work. The best time for me is usually during the day as it's not as busy. There is a good group of guys there now. Hopefully, they don't change it around.
We are Epoguard Coating Team who have been going to this Hilti location for the past 1 year, buying filters for vacuum and bids for our dg150 grinder. We are super happy to use Hilti tools because it have proven it self many times. Our sales man's Mike and Richard been always helping us out! They are very good and honest guys. We are always happy to come to Hilti Mississauga and the guys always been nice to us. We are happy to be the owners of Hilti tools and use them on daily basis. Staff were attentive & courteous, didn’t wait to long after placing my walk in order for the back of the shop to pick the items and bring to the order desk. Store is kept neat and tidy, as well some of the tools on display can be tried out before buying.
