Bunch of thieves. Stored my seasonal clothing there for about 5 years and honestly its not worth it. They hike up the price randomly for god knows what. I complained about rat/mice droppings in my unit a while back and they handed me a broom and literally had me clean it myself! So then what do I pay insurance for?? Finally decided to get rid of the unit literally 4 days after I payed my rent for the unit and was told I wasnt able to get reimbursed since I was already in the middle of my term..... Im sorry but since when is 4 days in the middle of a month. So basically if I didnt pay my rent on time , I wouldnt be having this issue. So now not only did this company already take my rent for the month I didnt even use but theyre also going to rent it out and make even more from it. Is that fair? NOPE. Im okay with paying for the 4 days I used the unit, Im even okay for paying for the first week, but to charge me the ENTIRE month when theyre just going to rent it out is super cheap on their part.
Great friendly service! All Reps were very helpful in providing recommendations and tools in exactly what we needed to make our move easier! Cost is competitive. Would definately use Access Storage again.
Good location close to Square One area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They completed the necessary paperwork quickly. Move in special was great, and the locker was just what I needed. Access to the unit is easy with security coded area. Highly recommended.
My family and I went to this location, needing a storage because my parents didnt get the place that they thought they had. Came in the office was packed with people and 1 employee. We waited awhile but Julie was amazing. She interacted with all the customers sharing stories and making jokes. 1 awesome thing about her is She can really multi task. Aside from the customer service. The unit was clean and well lit. Also my father use to storage in bramton same company. We would recommend Access storage.
Not at all happy about the access to my storage locker on level 3. Firstly the loading cart are always missing in action. The office has the greatest excuses stating that its the beginning of the month but its always an issue throughout the month!Secondly, at the time of taking my storage unit I was told that I am not allowed to park in front of the access doors but yet I am faced with other storage renters parking in front of the access doors and I am not in a position to access my locker in a safe manner. The office can see everything on camera but choose not to do anything.
