Very satisfied with my experience at Access Storage. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The covered, drive-in access is convenient and secure. Prices very reasonable and staff have been wonderful to deal with. Would recommend to friends and family.

From the get go, we have known this was the perfect place to choose for storage. Roman and Justin were incredible to deal with. Highly personable and professional. The facilities are so well kept and the service is amazing. My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and will recommend it whenever someone we know is looking for storage.
The whole experience with this company was a breath of fresh air. They were on top of everything. Their facilities are extremely clean and modern. I was thoroughly impressed and will refer them to anyone I know looking for storage.
Upon learning that this facility was open after having booked with the location on John St (at least 15km away) the staff at the customer care center worked hard to move my reservation over to the closer location and because they had already collected the admin fee at the John location, ninth line waived it for me so I didnt need to pay it twice. The manager Justin was amazing; he showed me around, pointed out all the safety features, didnt pressure me to get a bigger unit (more money) and was extremely helpful on moving day letting me leave my personal vehicle on the lot while we did transportation! Ive dealt with a lot of storage facilities and Access Storage across the board is THE BEST!
