Firmly mediocre, will not return Ramen is my favourite food Nothing is bad but nothing particularly good either. Portions arent great, broth is very mild, but price is just as high as any other ramen place
Ramen was reasonably tasty but definitely not spectacular. Add on ingredients were pricy. The bowl barely registered as soup as the broth was distinctly lacking. Asking for extra broth to top off the bowl triggered an ask for $6/bowl. Skip this place for Ramen and go to a real Ramen place such as Ajesen Ramen on Spadina or Kamen just a few steps away.
Had the black garlic tonkotsu. Service was horrible, there were literally 2 other tables there but the servers sat me down and plain ignored me for like 10 minutes while one was cleaning tables 5 ft away when the restaurant was empty anyway. Broth was rich and not salty, but there's barely a hint of black garlic flavour and might as well be regular tonkotsu. The pork belly was way too much fat and the actual meat part was too rough, so the cut of meat they use is not great. The meat also had no flavour. 4/5 star for the broth, 1/10 for everything else in the ramen.
All-you-can-eat Japanese-style barbecue and sushi restaurant. You can choose from 2 courses, the cheaper one offering a large variety of food, and the expensive one offering even more. You order and grill it yourself. Because of the space for grilling, the space for placing the food is tight. If you are going with four people, it is better to order frequently because there is not much room at the table. It was quite crowded, probably because we went there for lunch on a weekend.
The service was super quick and wonderful. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Ordered the mini sukiyaki - generous portion of fresh and tasty ingredients. It was so good. Please open more locations
I really wanted to try the pork bone soup. The price was decent..$12 . We ordered 3 soups. In each soup, we each got one small cube of potatoes. Seriously! I didn't know potato was an expensive ingredient. They lack garnishes such as some onions or other garnishes on top. The soup flavour was ok, not the best I have tasted. Not much meat on the bones.
First time at this restaurant. Service was good but a little overpriced for the amount of noodles you get in the ramen, and the taste was ok. The deep-fried chicken appetizer was ok, too. We were a little disappointed with the taste overall.
