Flamos is a fantastic spot for Nando’s-style grilled chicken! The peri peri sauce is absolutely delicious—tender, juicy, and packed with amazing flavor. We tried the whole chicken family platter and loved every bite. The chicken was perfectly grilled and very well seasoned. They have a great variety on the menu, including wraps, sandwiches, poutine, smoothies, and protein bowls, so there’s something for everyone. Portions are generous and the food tastes fresh and satisfying. Overall, a great place for flavorful grilled chicken and a family-friendly meal. Highly recommended!
Tried for the first time with my kid and it was pricey yes, but portion sizes were huge, we easily got several meals out of it. Staff were super accommodating at adjusting the spice level on the fries for us and everything we ate was fresh and hot. And very crispy! My picky eater approves... she said "this is awesome .. they did a really good job!"

I had the chicken leg quarter meal, it was only 12.99 and they absolutely loaded it with fries, which tasted really good. Food could’ve came a little faster but I still was very satisfied.
