We will never come here again. Sadly we waited for an hour for our food. Asked about it. Mistakenly it was not ordered. We only had 30 mins for lunch. They did not offer any discount / comp the meal. We decided to leave. Really sucks as it was our first time trying the place for lunch. At least could have given us the food for a discount or half off etc.
I recently dined at Franks Hakka Asian Cuisine with my son, and it turned out to be a memorable evening. While the dining area was quiet, there was a steady stream of pickup orders — a clear sign of the restaurant’s popularity. We started with the Chicken Hot and Sour Soup, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Many places that used to serve good versions have declined over time, but this one has easily become my new favorite. Next came the Chilly Crispy Ginger Beef, which was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor — we enjoyed it so much that we wiped the bowl clean. For the main course, we ordered the House Special Hakka Rice (loaded with beef, chicken, and shrimp) along with Spicy Garlic Chicken with extra gravy. Both dishes were generous in portion and absolutely satisfying — you can truly eat to your heart’s content here. A special mention goes to Nisha, who helped us with our order. She was kind, attentive, and polite throughout our stay, making the experience even better. Overall, Franks Hakka delivered on flavor, quality, and hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back — next time with the whole gang!
Incredibly clean. Very delicious. Excellent service. Would recommend and be back again. The lunch special can’t be beat, either. Had chilli chicken, honey garlic chicken, and pan fried dumplings. All were superb.
Our favourite place to celebrate any special occasion. My husband and I have beautiful memories coming here and celebrating with our family and friends. The food is unspeakably delicious, their customer service is just beyond amazing, very clean and well maintained place and last but not the least, they make you feel welcomed the moment you enter the restaurant. Nisha is very sweet and took care of us during our last visit. And the owner is a kind soul who takes care of the guests with full attention. I used to order quite often here. it used to be really good. My usual was the Haka noodles but off late - the quality seems to have dipped down. Very less meat in the noodles and the taste is just off. Not sure if I’m coming back here again. there’s lots of Haka joints out there who are generous with their portions and meat servings.
