Bland, tasteless food. I got a chicken panini that did not include cheese in the base price (how do you make a panini without cheese?). The chicken was as well seasoned as boiled chicken, and the sun dried tomato spread had literally no flavour. The whole panini was entirely awful. Healthy, sure, because there is nothing in it, but also devoid of any joy. As someone who enjoys healthy, nutritious, and flavoursome food, I’d say this place just ain’t it. Expensive and bland. Thanks again, YYZ, for the world’s worst food options.
Ordered a veg panini and got one with chicken. Specifically asked the server if its veg sandwich. She said yes and gave me the chicken one. I have not had meat from 10 years and its in vain now.
Highly not recommended. Staff are rude and food is stale. Nothing on the menu was available but instead you get up charged. Unfortunately I had to spend a voucher as part of a delay but I would I not spend my hard earned money here.

They built my own panini with pesto, smoked salmon, and arugula. Freshly toasted, it was delicious! The African lady that served me was very kind, and served me the sandwich with a smile. The healthiest option around.
The sushi was the stalest, least fresh thing ever. The soups (chicken & tomato) were too salty but tolerable. For $5 a soup and $19 for the sushi combo, the prices are pretty good compared to other airport options. Service is decent and quick.
Very very bad service! Employees service with no patience. Not nice at all to foreigners, My sister order a slice of pizza, she point out few and ask what are they, and the server had no communication and picked up those selected one and warm up and charge all to her. It’s very bad experience and 1st bad experience in Canada. Service definitely need to be improved or fire those servers with bad attitude because they are not qualified as server especially in the airport!!!
