Worst customer service ever! The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. The staff acted like they knew everything and even started teaching me how to smoke sheesha — like seriously? I’ve been smoking sheesha for years! Totally unnecessary attitude. There are plenty of better spots around Ridgeway. I’d rather wait and go somewhere else than come back here.Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.
My friends and I visited IceCoal a couple of nights ago. As many reviewers have pointed out, the owner is a young, humble, and genuinely down-to-earth person. Unfortunately, my friends—bless their half-functioning brains—managed to get confused over something. I had to return the next day to clear it up. I’ve got to say: I’ve never seen anyone handle criticism as gracefully as the owner did. Turns out it wasn’t even their mistake, it was my friends’, who collectively have the decision-making skills of a squirrel crossing six lanes of traffic. To the owner: my apologies for the mix-up and for being a bit stern when clarifying. You handled it with class, and I wish you the best in your continued success.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at IceCoal Lounge! We had so much fun playing pool, and the atmosphere was great. A special shoutout to our wonderful host, Manpreet, and Srishti, who went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. She truly gave us a 5-star experience.
