I order a party tray 3 days ahead of time and told them I'll pick it up Saturday at 11.30 am. Came on the day to pick up and they told me I had to wait half an hour. I told them I book it at 11.30 am , so I expect my food to be ready at 11.30 am. They told me just 15 mins more and I told them it's too late and I have a party to attend and can't be late, so I requested a refund. The lady called her boss which took like 10 mins and I was there just wanting my refund and leave. She doesn't seem to be wanting to apologize for the solution. Finally, after like 10 mins talking to her she finally gave me my refund back but didn't say sorry at all. I am very disappointed In this place and would never come back and would never tell anyone to order from them. Now, my party did not Even have any noodles to eat which is disappointing. The restaurant response to my review and said to give them consideration for the solution. Did you give the customer "me" any consideration? You suppose to have my order ready at 11.30 am the time I requested it to be ready. How would you like it if you order from a restaurant and expect your food to be ready at a certain time and it's not? And your in a hurry?. You guys had 2 days to prepare your food and there no excuse. Lastly, there was no apology what so ever, but thank you for apologizing on this review.
It's been a while since I was here last. Had a craving for their goat stew on rice. Yum, you have to eat here! First time trying Filipino food. I got combo #1, it comes with rice and 1 choice. I got the stewed goat (Kalderetang Kambing) it was fantastic! Loved it! I will be back to try more food. Have a look at my pictures and press the like button! I have been to Chibugan twice .Once in October and today Nov.6.Iam from Guelph .I don't mind the drive .I buy 10 different dishes each and I take it home. I will also buy a combo meal for dine in.The food that I bought are so delicious. Excellent home cooking. Both Ladies are also very friendly. Note. When there is a lineup, for sure they are serving good food. Thank you Chibugan
