I’ve been a resident at this building for several years and recently raised a concern about unsafe driving behavior in the driveway and underground parking area. It felt important to speak up for the safety of all residents. I reached out to management, and Garima Bhatt responded promptly and professionally. She acknowledged the issue and confirmed that a reminder notice would be issued to residents about proper yielding rules and safe driving practices. While full compliance can’t be guaranteed, I appreciate that management is taking steps to promote awareness and encourage respectful behavior. I have had a really positive experience with property management at Pinnacle 2 - 3975 Grand Park Drive. They have been extremely professional and responsive to any questions, concerns, or issues i have come across over the last year. Julia Gentosh has been my main contact for literally anything I need answered and she is quick to respond either by phone or email. The expectations that property management has for the building and it's residents are fair and very clearly laid out. And these expectations help to create a condominium that's appealing for all it's residents. It's relieving to know property management is there to help whenever required.
