Ishita Kaushal has been an excellent property manager for our condo building. She’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about how the building is run and how residents feel living here. Whenever an issue comes up, she handles it calmly and efficiently, and her communication is always clear and timely. You can tell she takes ownership of her role and follows through, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. It’s reassuring to have a manager like Ishita who is organized, approachable, and proactive. She’s a real asset to the building, and I truly appreciate the work she does.
Absolutely terrible managemnet, unprofessional and bunch of bullies. Nasty bullying towards their residents. Absolutely horrible behaviour and not taking proper care of their residents.

I’ve owned my unit for 20 years with no issues — until this property management company took over. When they did, they reassessed the fees and claimed they had been undercharging us for the past three years. Based on their mistake, they slapped us with a sudden $1,500 charge — and gave only 3 months to pay, essentially demanding the money and threatening legal action. Communication has been poor, emails take days to get answered. The renovations don’t reflect the high costs — everything looks dated and underwhelming. I’ve never been treated this way as a long-time owner. Very disappointing.
We have had Tony from City Sites for a year now as our property manager. It has not gone well. Projects drag on for weeks to months, emails go unanswered, requests go ignored. He came in saying he did things differently. That much is true, he is the first property manager (I have lived in condos my entire adult life) I have ever met who is so - uninvolved, unavailable, and uninterested. If this is the type of property manager City Sites has - i would not recommend the company. Well Tony has gone and now we have had 2 property managers, 3 assistant property managers, and 2 project coordinators. A company I still wouldn’t recommend.
Marc helped me sort out some problems I was having at my townhouse complex in a very timely and professional manner. He was a pleasure to deal with and I appreciate that he was able to assist me in the manner that he did.
