What a ripoff, kids passport photos are $10 extra. They said because they have to take more shots. Such a silly reason, it’s a digital camera 1 shot or 100 shots shouldn’t matter. Btw they only took 2 shots of my kid- won’t ever use Walmart photo
It's fast in just 10 min with exact specifications. But the crazy expensive 22.59$ for just 2 passport photos. Please choose local shop unless u r in a rush.
Needed passport pictures for a trip happening 2 month later. Took pictures at Walmart Kingston, ON , while visiting the city. For 1 of the kids, we were asked to change their T-shirt because the white t-shirt he was wearing would conflict with the background. The technician advised there was no need to sign the back of the picture for kids. So the pictures were sent without the stamp/signatures. The pictures were sent back by Passport Canada a month later due to missing signature. We had to pay more for recommended package and expedited services.... On the day of the trip, the following month, we received a call from passport Canada advising that the 2nd kid's picture was too dark and needed to change his green t-shirt.... We called Wal-Mart Kingston and they told us we could go to our local Walmart and they would have them retake the photo for free. (hence the 2 stars instead of 1).
They are professional and delivery the photos fast. It might be pricey but it's worth it. It will be great if they increase the customer service in the desk.
The guys is very friendly and I suppose they are the cheapest in the area around... But bad part is they charge so much and still give you either a soft or a hard copy... At this price point both type of copes should be handed to the customer. For the person handelling the job it's 5 stars.
Don't even bother. prices don't match the website (was charging 15+tax when I went) so they charge you more at the door. AND kids are extra $$ 22+tax for no reason. we are not talking about 1 or 2 years old which i understand, but up to 8 years old. Pretty sure an eight year old can sit as well as 9 years old.
