Dee was very responsive and professional. She got back to my inquiries right away and was able to slot me in first thing the next morning for a corporate headshot. She was kind and helpful during the shoot to capture the best photos. I also very much appreciated that she was more than willing to accommodate to an urgent turnaround and got back with the final copies of the photos within just a few hours on the same day (with no extra charge!) The owner was helpful and service was good too. We received our Canadian passport photos in 5 minutes and at a very reasonable price. This was my third place for the photos. The first one I took was at Photos Unlimited studio at square one Walmart. The stamp that they give you on the photo is incorrect and doesnt match with the CANADIAN passport guidelines. They did not refund saying they will refund only if it gets rejected. I tried to explain that why would I submit photos with an incorrect stamp knowing that they may very well get rejected. So please avoid this shop. The next I took was at Shoppers Drug Mart but the photos were dark and were rejected and I was asked to resend the photos. Moments Photography has good ambience, is situated in a good location. The photos were clear and bright and price was the lowest. So if you want to take your passport photos this is the shop.
It had a fantastic photo session with Dee. She is professional and knows how to take wonderful business headshots. After photo session she provided a gallery of photo and done great job in retouch and lighting. I recommend her service. Mo

Dee and Vanessa have been nothing but professional from the start. From arranging the time of our photoshoot to receiving our photos the service has been nothing short of amazing. Vanessa took our photos and having a crying newborn is not as easy when trying to do a shoot. Vanessa was very patient and accommodating. The pictures look amazing.
