Excellent customer service. Navreet was very kind and patient. She helped me in deciding the perfumes that I wanted to gift my family members. I tried nearly 10 to 15 and then selected 3 perfumes. She was very helpful and guided me very well.
Bought a perfume there at a "just for you" DEAL at $69.99 +++ yes i know, should have checked Amazon FIRST $ 28.00 + with free shipping. Buyers forewarned.
I went it to buy some perfumes and the lady working there was so rude and inpatient she was giving me attitude for asking to smell some perfumes then when I made a decision on what I wanted I asked her the price for a perfume she said $155 and then I seen the gift set so I ask the price on that and she said $155 so I said to her is the gift set the same price and she said no the perfume on it’s own is $145 and that’s when I got suspicious so I was really needing a gift so I ask for the price of another gift set and she said $170 and as I made my decision I seen her taking off the sticker of the price on the side sneakily and I seen $160 so she was trying to scam us out of money and then I was like I don’t want to buy it to my partner but she wanted it and when I got to the till she said the price after tax $192 so I just said I’ll be back to the lady but I will never ever go to a place like this ever again terrible experience and 100% avoid if you want money value and good customer service go to Sephora
Avoid This Place – Complete Scam! This store is an absolute scam. Their prices are nearly double what you'd pay elsewhere, and they hide behind a strict no-return policy that they don't bother to disclose upfront. The whole experience felt deceitful and unfair. Save your money and shop somewhere reputable.
My boyfriend went in for Chanel chance, and if you know perfumes you know there's 4 of this one. He had a PHOTO of the exact one I wanted, Mariam or whatever is the name on the receipt tricked him into what I assume was the last stock of what they had and said ya ya that's the one , she sold him the orange Chanel chance instead of the eau fraiche one which it showed in the photo, the bottle was almost empty in the photo so he wouldn't know if it was wrong but the sales person can read on the front of the bottle and see it was the green one not the orange. You work there , he doesn't know you're selling him the wrong one when you're stating over and over its right, so he trusted you TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS? THATS 50 MORE THAN OTHER STORES , AND ITS WRONG? I'll be in for an exchange, you need to learn what you're selling if you're going to sell it, don't scam people. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Jesus. Edit: I came in as the manager contacted me and allowed an exchange for the mishap and that showed transparency and I appreciated the fix !! Thank you!
