To enter to Aura Fragrance unblocked a new world for me where I can fragrance that smell same as the original, the best of my experience was with Mariam B. she was so amazing helping to find the fragrances I wanted she has a great knowledge about the notes of the fragrances and her recommendation where my best choice!
This was absolutely outrageous and feels like pure fraud My sister spent over 1000 dollars in your store and you promised that for every two perfumes she would get one free and we trusted your word but when she went back to exchange four perfumes you only refunded the price of two and then charged her 200 dollars for the four exchanged ones counting each one as 50 dollars which is completely unreasonable and dishonest you refused to give her a proper refund you refused to honor your own promotion you didn’t offer any discount or even store credit after we bought a huge amount from you and the way you treated her was disrespectful and manipulative this is the worst customer service we have ever experienced and we will never return to this store again and we will make sure everyone knows how you took advantage of us
I had a great experience today at Aura Fragrances LTD in Erin Mills Mall. Mariam B was super helpful and friendly — she really took her time to show me different options and helped me pick out three amazing fragrances. I really appreciated her patience and great recommendations. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend seeing Mariam B if you visit!
Such an amazing shop, especially for OUD. Mariam A. is literally a QUEEN because she helped my friend and I find EXACTLY what we were looking for. Went the extra mile and told us EVEN more about the fragrances we bought. Overall an amazing spot with amazing products. 10/10.

Purchased a perfume at the CNE, Customer service was amazing! Unfortunately when I got home I did not like the scent as much, found it a bit too strong for me and Mohammad gladly gave me store credit. I visited their store today and Ammar helped me purchase the perfumes I liked. Left the store with 3 fragrances I can’t wait to try! Prices are incredibly cheap and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend it!
