I usually buy from here but I'm extremely disappointed to see how bad the black Friday "sale" is this year. I was told by a customer service rep that the black Friday sale would be better than the buy 1 get 1 35% off sale from a couple weeks ago. I checked the sale today and it's just 10% which is literally the same as the early black Friday "sale". So where exactly is the sale Very disappointed that I was lied to and held off on buying a fragrance just to see that the black Friday sale is much worse than the previous sale.

I placed an order for an in-store pickup (so two-day delivery), it has been 10 days and I have not received any confirmation email. Additionally, my calls, emails, and messages have gone unanswered!!
I contacted MF about a fragrance I wanted to pickup. I was guided to either purchase on website for delivery or have it delivered to store location of my choice. I ended up ordering for delivery and received my package 2 days later. Super easy process. and very happy with my purchases. Thank you!
