I haven’t found as many office chair stores around.. found one and got the help from Deon - who knew everything ergonomic chairs.. and I did get a good deal too. The entire staff were super friendly
Deon Malloy was such a pleasure to work with!!! He never let my questions go unanswered and was considerate of every detail in the process. I ordered office panels from him for my workplace (it turned out great). Install was quick without any issues and the timing was exactly what he had indicated, no surprises - so rare in the trade industry these days! I wish there were more happy helpful souls like Deon, it would make life so much easier. Thanks for the experience, I will be returning and recommending Transitions to others :)
I put one star because I couldn't put 1/4 star or zero star. I bought 400 Beams for my racking system. the price came out to $17,515.00. we were asked to pick up at 11AM today July 20, 2022. The driver with the flat bed was late getting unloaded from his previous load. He arrived at 1:45. They charged us $500. for being late. the reason they had to rent a forklift to load us and they had 4 guys waiting around. we didn't need 4 guys to wait one forklift operator could have loaded the shipment also what kind of company is that? when you don't have equipment to handle product that you sell. My beef is why did they not say if your driver is going to be late there will be a $500 penalty. There is more than one way to skin the cat. just be careful when you deal with these people.
Deon was very helpful in understanding what I needed and then explaining my options. I ended up with a used chair that checked all the boxes, would purchase at Transitions again.
I wish I had known about Transitions before I had bought a desk for my home office! The variety and quality of their furniture is top notch. I did business with Alan and my purchase was handled by Deon. Both gents were great to deal with. Excellent communication and their products were exactly as they were described. I bought the monitor arm and really want to get the Mirra or maybe an Aeron or Contessa. In all likelihood, I'd probably get the Mirra (pictured) if it weren't for my current budget constraints. Time to save up.... I hope to be back to buy more stuff.
Just picked up my Ibex Ergonomic Global Task chair and could not be happier with my purchase. I’m shocked that I was able to find a barely used office chair normally $500 for $150, and the fact that it looks and feels brand new is unbelievable. Big thank you to Deon and the Transitions team for providing excellent quality customer service and office furniture! Can’t wait to spend countless hours sitting in my new chair!!
