I bought a great quality computer chair here which is designed by them, very comfortable and reliable. Vern was friendly, knowledgeable and helped a lot! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for anything office related.
I went to purchase an office chair for home use, the owner first showed me Herman Miller which I saw online and requested, however they were old and used. He then showed me his Fly series of chairs which he claimed to have engineered, developed, and created himself. I was impressed with the floor model and ended up buying one the same day. After some time I started getting back pain from the chair due to an extremely stiff lumbar support on the chair which was not like the floor model at all. I went to the store and brought the chair to see if he could fix it, and also mentioned a click that had developed in the chair. He began to berate me telling me I broke the chair and made the clicking noise and there was no refunds. After I calmed him down and explained that was not the reason I was there, I just wanted to fix the lumbar stiffness, I sat in the floor model again and there was a clear difference in the lumbar. He refused to admit any difference and said the chair was fine. I then asked how to adjust the lumbar and if I should loosen specific screws, to which he replied, I’ve never loosened those screws, I just ship them in. All this time I thought he had engineered the chair… Awful customer experience, no liability for faulty product, avoid this place.
Everything was ok until the Q/C of his products were questioned. They are invincible as some offices keep them for 13 years (who knows the condition). Claims premium struts are used but the actual chair is mid-low tier quality. Overpriced amazon stuff at best. Or mix-matched items to get rid of old inventory. Either way, after the final interaction with the owner, I would look elsewhere. Would not recommend. Customer service is non-existent. Also the 'warranty' doesn't cover the poorly manufactured headrests and if he thinks based on a phone conversation that a chair was dropped, then it was dropped. Want to question it? End up in a screaming competition with 0 rational thought processing.
No idea what or who the owner has a problem with but its something that should be taken care of. I've been here several times and he used to be quite a pleasure to deal with but not sure what has gone wrong. Came off rude and angry when we went in to simply purchase a filing cabinet. We saw one we liked and simply asked if he could do better on the price (as any customer would) and he just seemed to explode. Went off with some nonsensical story about other buyers that had nothing to do with us. We were ready to purchase the cabinet at the set price but after some rude and disrespectful comments we decided to just shop elsewhere. Long story short, this gentlemen needs to learn some manners and sense how to talk. Even if you have the lowest price learn to be a human being and how to communicate but who am I to tell an intelligent fellow with business degree to how to run his business. cheers and good luck buddy
The owner is crazy and starts shouting at you if you ask anything, don't visit this place and save yourself from outburst of that short tempered person.
Beware Beware Beware Please read this comment before you go to this place. He is selling old chairs and fooling customers that the chairs are brand new. My friend and I bought 1 chair and the chair didn't had any tag or anything and he told my friend that he prefers to take cash instead of debit/credit card. Just the next day my friend called owner to replace the chair and he started shouting at him that he can't replace or exchange new chair. (When we told him that the chair didn't had any tag then he told us that the chair was brand new because wheels were clean there was no dust) (No returns No exchange) is not mentioned on his web or anywhere and also he didn't told us when we bought. There was no tag on the chair and he didn't gave us any receipt.
