I’ve been an ergoCentric customer for about eight years, and my experience with their products and customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. I originally purchased a couple of their chairs, which have held up exceptionally well over the years. Recently, one of the cushions on a T-arm tore, so I reached out to their support team for help. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also replaced the cushion entirely for free. When it turned out that the exact model had been discontinued and the replacement didn’t fit perfectly, they went above and beyond - sending a complete set of new cushions at no cost to ensure everything matched and worked properly. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products with this level of care and generosity. The quality of their chairs is excellent, and their customer service is even better. Highly recommended!

My mom had a spinal injury, and I was extremely pleased with the way Mariam handled everything. Her professionalism and patient care were truly 10 out of 10. I had no idea chairs could be so intricate, but she took the time to explain every detail in a way that made my mom feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!
I was impressed with those chairs.. I hope it will keep me comfortable and without pain in my spinal. They charge me for home delivery, and told me that it will deliver to my home in two weeks. Thank you for the great service and beautiful chair. I am very satisfied and comfortable sitting 8 hours every day doing my job on it. This is about the awesome service we received last Saturday (Nov 16th): Not just Khalid provided relevant information, he was also patient, thoughtful and intentional when dealing with us, providing a top notch service. He played a crucial role in feeding me with relevant information so I could make my decisions on my purchase, including aspects I wouldn't have considered on my own. It was way better service than what I hoped for when I decided to visit the store in person (as opposed to buying online). If you're in doubt about their products I strongly recommend you to visit their showroom and speaking to Khalid!
I went through a lot of chairs before I begrudgingly made it to ErgoCentric because my back and neck were in constant pain. The staff is extremely helpful. EXTREMELY. I have walked in saying I’m only here for testing and they were more than happy to spend 30 minutes with me. More than once. They finally helped me pick a chair that I’ve been using for over 4 months and have not once complained about my neck or my back. Special shout out to Chance and Lexi.
Hi I bascially very like the chair, there is only one problem: although the sale help me choose the wheel for charpet and wood, I think the wheel is not moving smoothly on the carpet. Oct 13, ErgoCentric's people contacted me and offer me new wheels for free. Thanks
