Amazing customer service at The Guitar World, Jim was incredibly knowledgeable as well as friendly and welcoming! I took guitar lessons here when I was a kid, and it definitely shaped me into becoming a much better guitarist and musician. Very great and friendly staff. I recently got a guitar for my birthday here on there website, they later called and said it would take up to a week or two for the guitar to come in, but since they didn’t want to leave me empty handed, James gave me a temporary guitar to use when the actual guitar comes in. Just thought that was super kind of him and of the store. Truly would recommend here for first guitar or bass
I went into Guitar World today looking for an electric guitar and some advice for a newbie. Jim spent so much time with me, provided a recommendation to start with an acoustic and even showed me how to play some chords. He gave me the information that I needed to make an informed decision without making me feel pushed in any way. I ended up going with the acoustic and am so excited about my new guitar and starting lessons here next week. This place is great and definitely lives up to the amazing reviews!

I recently purchased an electric guitar here and had such a great experience. Jim really spent some time with me to understand what I was looking for and offered some great advice for someone looking for their first electric guitar. There was no pressure at all to buy anything expensive (or anything at all, really) and he actually talked me down into a more affordable guitar as the one I originally had in mind was around double the price of the one I ended up purchasing. I have been in many music stores in various parts of the world... and I am usually captivated by a wide range of guitars and instruments to try and enjoy. But this time life had a surprise for me.. The guitar World is a unique beautifull space where from the moment you set foot on it, you feel like home.. great selection of guitars, not only acoustic but also electric..but the best part is the customer service.. the people there are not just friendly an knowledgeable but super attentive.. 100% RECOMMENDED, for all kinds of guitar enthusiasts.
