Recently came by to try tuts as it had been a long time. They have weekly specialty. I decided to try the fried chicken and chicken sandwiches. It was a filling meal, the only critique would be that I could have used more sauce in the sandwich as it was a little dry. Overall, satisfied.
Great service, good always tastes fresh. Love the seasoning on the fries as well. Mostly a takeout restaurant so that’s why the atmosphere score is a 3 but the food is great
Had an amazing experience! The Egyptian food was delicious and rich in flavours. The service was excellent by Tanveen as she explained each and everything perfectly. The garlic sauce with the fries was so good. Moreover, great atmosphere- truly enjoyed my visit.
I've ordered the Koshary hoping to taste something authentic and there were macaroni's mixed in with the rice, and it was not stated in the description of the item, just "rice, lentils, pasta, chickpeas, and crispy onions". I hated it, it changed the whole textured and made it feel awful, I could barely ate a 1/4 of the thing. It didn't fell authentic at all, just like a weird macaroni and cheese which I was so so disappointed about. I would have preferred less food but just the rice...
This was my second time getting Tüts and unfortunately it was disappointing compared to the location downtown. The gentleman at the counter was kind and helpful but the food was just.. not fresh. It didn’t taste that way at least. I do love the way the packaging opens for the combos but as soon as you open it you see the little white buns that are almost certainly purchased at a discount grocery store. One order of fries was cold, one was hot. (Although the hot ones were tasty) The cauliflower in the sandwich was burnt badly, the falafel sandwich was SO salty and the shrimp was.. just terribly soggy and flavourless apart from the sauce on top. The whole order was underwhelming. 5 3-bite sandwiches, two handfuls of fries and two little drinks for nearly $50.
Been to this location few times, today Ibrahim made my experience feel exceptional. Ibrahim was fully knowledgeable of the items on the menu, took his time to answer some of my questions. Ibrahim was soo pleasant and welcoming! Customer service was exceptional!
I ordered take out for the first time from here for lunc, it was pretty good! the chicken tasted good and the ground beef one was flavorful. Very cute presentation too! yummy fries! really nice for a quick bite.
