I used Doordash to order so I paid more than I'd like but if you order in person I'm sure the price is fair for what you get. The shawarma is very good and the fries are fresh. I'd definitely recommend this location for others.

I ordered takeout platter and the cashier was very accommodating ! Everyone at work loved the platter. There was a good amount of space to sit in the resteraunt as well. The only downside would be that their main enterance is HEAVYY
Excellent and fresh chicken shawarma, amongst the best in “the plaza” What I prefer: pickles, fries, and garlic and pomegranate sauces in saj wrap. Kebbeh were delicious and fresh too. It’s a spacious spot with friendly staff!
This location is extremely bad, this was my third and last time. I gave them too many chances. Worst chicken shawarma ever, I loved alzaeem from Dixi location. But Ridge way location is not good. the first time we ate from this location found hair second time Chicken had no flavour and oily. Today I would call it garlic sauce sandwich not shawarma. Service was bad. Not recommended Ridge Way location at all and never going there again.
We visited Shawarma Al Zarem yesterday with our kids. As always, the food is usually great generous portions, friendly staff, and a family-friendly atmosphere. It’s one of our go-to spots. However, this time we had a slightly off experience. The food was extremely salty, which unfortunately ruined the taste. We couldn’t even had few spoons of it and ended up leaving it there, without taking it home. I did share the feedback with the staff on the spot. We ordered: - 2 Chicken Poutines - 1 Saj Chicken Shawarma - 3-Piece Chicken Meal Tip: When placing your order, kindly remind the staff to be mindful about salt levels. Apart from this, everything else was good, and we hope for a better experience next time.
Simply the best food, staff, and service. It’s the best place for shawarma, all chicken kinds and kebabs. Would definitely recommend this place for everyone!!!
