Stopped by this fast food shawarma spot and was really impressed with the quick service. The gentleman at the front provided amazing customer service—very friendly and efficient. I ordered the chicken shawarma platter, which came with salad, potatoes, and rice. The shawarma itself was flavorful and good, though a little dry on its own; it tasted much better with the tahini sauce. The salad and rice were fine, but the potatoes weren’t great and didn’t taste very fresh. Overall, I still enjoyed the meal and the experience, mainly because of the service and the shawarma, and I’d consider coming back.
Shawarma is my favourite take out. No contest. We had the chicken shawarma poutine here and it was life changing. Omg. It was probably the best thing I've ever eaten in my life. The fries and chicken were perfect and that garlic sauce is incredible. What is this place doing in that mall?!

The chicken was really hard to chew, dry, and not enjoyable at all. On top of that, the server didn’t put any sauce or condiments with it, which made it even worse. Honestly, such a bad experience—I would never visit this place again and definitely do not recommend it.
I got a small chicken pita sandwich. I questioned why he was grilling it with the paper on but he just smiled. Then when I opened the sandwich the paper was stuck to the bread and it all fell apart. I was so disappointed. I wanted to ho Nd show the guy what he did to my sandwich but my lunch break was over. I just had to throw it out ...all broken apart. I cannot understand grilling with the paper on. I like yo see
I was very disappointed during my recent visit to Pita Land. While ordering, I witnessed a staff member — a young woman wearing a hijab — making a racist comment toward another customer. Regardless of who it’s coming from, this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a professional environment, especially one that serves such a diverse community. Pita Land should be a welcoming space for everyone, and staff should treat all customers with respect. I hope management addresses this issue seriously and provides proper training to ensure all employees uphold values of inclusivity and professionalism.
Some of the best Shawarma that I ever had , really well seasoned and juicy . They cut it from the spit when you order never stored away. Great selection of toppings. My favourite is the salad bowls . Garlic potatoes are also nice .
