I’ve been going to reforme lab for 4+ years at their toronto location first and now at their Mississauga location and I love their service! Nurse Deena is extremely personable, exceptionally talented and most importantly very honest and has never tried to upsell me. I have had terrible experiences in other places and never once at reforme. I will forever be their client! The space is also beautiful, clean and very inviting. Ruba is incredible with answering all questions I have and everyone at Reforme is so talented and sweet. I always leave feeling great <3 Thanks a million and I will see you for my next treatment very soon!

I went to visit Reform for the IV and facials and was extremely satisfied with the service. The team they have at reform was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everything I was looking for and I truly enjoyed my experience. Will definitely back soon!
The two stars are ONLY because I like Erika at the Toronto location. ONLY. I bought a package of 3 facials at the Mississauga location as the Toronto one does not offer them. My initial experience was lovely. The following experiences were not. The second facial I booked was specifically for my birthday. I got a confirmation email from them the day before and then 1 hour before my appointment, I got a call from them asking to reschedule as the woman doing the facials had LEFT??? I was given no further explanation. The following 2 times I tried booking, the appointment was rescheduled within 1 hour of the appointment. I have spoken to them multiple times regarding the fact that I live in Toronto so scheduling something in MISSISSAUGA is not incredibly easy (thankfully my partner lives there). After FINALLY being able to schedule my second and now third facial from the package, I had confirmed the time via Instagram with someone and then got sent a completely different time via email. When I messaged them, they didn’t respond for 3 days (had viewed the message) and I had to prompt them AGAIN to confirm the time to which they said they prefer the emailed time. This would have been fine for me but on principle alone, not okay. When I asked to confirm that I could come at the initially agreed upon time they messaged me back saying sure but CONFIRMING THE EMAILED TIME!! So I had to take time out of my work day to call them and deal with it. As someone who is an administrative professional in a pricier industry myself, this level of service is NOT OKAY!! I do not think I have had one single straight forward booking experience with anyone in the Mississauga location. Considering these services are not cheap, they need to do better.
Deena & Reforme Lab are the only place I would trust with injectables & skincare. Down to the detail, Deena has spared no expense in equipping her two (stunning!) locations and training her incredible team. Once you’ve visited Reforme Lab, it’s impossible to imagine trusting any place else with your face. If you want the best experience, guidance and results, go to Reforme Lab. It’s that simple :)
