Shazia is professional. Very calm and has good knowledge on skincare. I did dermaplaning and LED light therapy. My skin looks refreshed and much smoother. I would recommend her 100%.

The most upsetting part was when she suggested I should go elsewhere for CO2 laser treatments, implying that others from my community already do. Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this spa to anyone.

I have went to Emphasize Spa about 4 times & have throughly enjoyed my experience every time - people can notice my skin glowing and always ask me where I went! The owner is highly professional and knowledgeable - she will guide you and answer all your questions. Her prices are very affordable and she is great at what she does! I will continue to come back here, love seeing my results ?
