I've been coming here for over a year for my body laser treatments, and I cannot recommend this place enough. Saira is absolutely incredible - she's professional, knowledgeable, and always makes sure I'm comfortable throughout every session. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes her time to deliver the best results. The space is always spotless, welcoming, and maintained very well. I am seeing long-term results and wouldn't trust anyone else for laser!
I have purchased the 4 body part package and have had my sessions 4 weeks apart, so far I see amazing results, way less hair growth and some parts fully gone! I definitely would recommend K Beaty Factor for all laser! Not painful and super comfortable!
I did peeling and i was disappointed it makes my face the result make worse, and the customer service was really bad. The owner who was doing my face did not seen trained at all. she rubbed my face very roughly and she applied wrong product on my face i have been in pain since. and she doesn't to want responsibility from her mistake. I don't recommend anyone to go K- beauty factory.
I have been going to K-Beauty Mississauga now for several months for full body laser treatments. Saira is very knowledgeable and she allows me time if it’s uncomfortable. She is very conscious that certain areas are a bit more sensitive :). I enjoy that when I go there I can inquiry about the various products and procedures available. Everyone here is professional and service driven. I would recommend without hesitation.
This account followed me on Instagram and I decided to book an appointment. I respect everyone’s cancellation policy however sometimes you cannot control situations and have no choice but to cancel. I tried explaining that to the owner and told her the exact situation. She was very rude and not reasonable one bit or understanding. She charged me 100$ for the cancellation without any sympathy. Again, I realize that’s their cancellation policy but there’s a way to speak to people, and it seems she definitely doesn’t know how to. I won’t be coming here.
I'm actually really disappointed with this company. I was randomly added by the company on instagram and saw that they were advertising a $299 full body laser promo. This seemed low to me but I remembered my first experience with laser was also with a new company that was advertising at a similar amount. I called and asked (twice actually) about the promo and they said the package was for 5 session plus one for free (6 sessions total). I went, did the first session and paid only to find out a few weeks later that it was actually $299 per session and apparently on the phone they were just describing how many sessions would be needed. ANY laser place I have been to advertises with multiple laser sessions rather than a per session amount. In addition, it would be helpful to make it clear that it is $299 PER SESSION on the phone when someone asks what the promo includes - especially when my exact question was "how many sessions does the 299 full body promo include?" Instead, the owner responded by telling me it is 5 sessions plus one free which is extremely misleading. Now, I can understand that misunderstandings occur however, the way the owner responded to this was extremely unprofessional. She spoke down to my mother in law (I don't think she realized that she had me on the phone while they were speaking) and was laughing and saying things like "you guys are smart people, I don't understand how you thought it was 299 for 5 sessions" - I'm sorry but that is NOT how you speak to anyone lol. In addition, she could have explained calmy and not in a demeaning way but chose not to and instead kept reiterating and suggesting that WE should have known better because of how good HER machine is. Again, I understand that misunderstandings occur but when they do, we need to approach them with kindness not by speaking down to people and making them feel like its their fault. I don't want this to be entirely negative so I will say that the first time I went the experience was good and I did notice a difference with my hair (nothing different than any other salon but again, trying to find a positive here). So, that's pretty much it. However, I will most definitely not be returning - not just because of the price (I've been quoted less from 3 other companies and yes, I triple checked the amount of sessions considering that is how laser is generally advertised) but mostly because I am appalled at how the owner handled this misunderstanding.
