I have been coming to this place for about 6 to 7 years now. It does not disappoint! Nara is so good at what she does! She's also very understanding, I'm afraid of needles...she helps guide you through the process. Highly recommended!
Had a very pleasant experience with the facility. It took me some time to get there and I was late, but the staff was kind enough to wait for me and to provide me with the detailed instructions on how to get there. A separate thank you to Dr. Selyanina for the professionalism and very "light hand", I did not feel much of a pain. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
Very pleased with the treatment and results I received at this location from Dr.Selyanina! The location was easy to find and there was available parking with no issue. She made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout treatment, she is very well versed and knowledgeable. She listened to all my concerns and acknowledged my worries. I will be recommending her to family and friends.
very bad servise , Nurse not registered in CNO, they use products not approved from Health Canada , I did (Fiona) PDO Threads and I had numbness and a lot of complication , I end up taking antibiotics , after the swollen and redness that stayed for 4 weeks the medical directer nonprofessional asking me not to come back for follow up or yo pay her $80 every visit even with all the complication that I had , I called and e mailed them to check my situation but no one care they took my money ($1100) and they asking me not yo follow up , I don't recommend them to anyone , I had infection after the threads treatment plus the numbness , I'm not sure if they are allowed to do threads or the y had training to do why , the nurse Nara dose not has a registration number? but she is treating people
On Sept. 24, 2024, the medical director, Dr.Tatyana Selyanina asked me not to come back for follow up on all the complication that I suffered after the nurse Nara did the Fiona PDO threads lift procedure for me on Sept. 11, 2024. I am still suffering from numbness, dimpling,visible sutures and lumpiness in the right side of my face. I am so angry about the way the medical director spoke to me in such a rude and unprofessional way!!?? I don't think that the nurse who performed the procedure is a registered nurse and whether she is qualified and trained to do such thing!! Also if the PDO threads lift is approved to be performed in this spa! I don't recommend anybody to go there for any kind of treatment.
Love coming here for Botox and lip filler! Nara is amazing at what she does! Ive been to this medi spa over 5 times and each time I leave extremely happy
I found this spa through groupon as they had a really great deal for a chemical peel. The service was terrible. Only got two layers, missed my cheeks completely. The application was rushed and no care was taken. I didn’t have an assessment done prior to ask of my skin goals, only that I would “benefit from facials” because “you have clogged pores”. Won’t be back.
