The service was exceptional at the Rexdale Medscan. The person who did my ankle ultrasound was very caring and compassionate. Booking the appointment was very easy. Staff was very friendly. Recommend this location.
Staff is great and my appointment was efficient. Kim was very kind and patient while doing my scan .She was making me understand things and clearing doubts . She is highly professional and cheerful. Makes it a pleasant experience
Extremely disappointed with the treatment my wife received during her 20-week ultrasound. The technician, Rehana, was dismissive and rude, refusing to allow me to accompany my wife despite her clearly expressing anxiety when alone. Rehana made inappropriate comments like “I know all about you,” “You could have other problems,” and “It could’ve been worse,” which left my wife feeling judged and distressed. This is not the first negative experience with her, and we will be requesting not to see her again. Patients deserve compassion and professionalism—especially during pregnancy.
We arrived 20 minutes before our appointment, and the receptionist was very attentive. She checked our documents and noticed that our doctor was missing some paperwork. After calling the doctor, she even took our phone to clarify the details and ensure we received the correct documents. We truly appreciate her proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Went here for my PR medical examination. Medical staff was friendly and helpful. The process was well organized and fast. They said all results should not take longer than 10 days and will be submitted right away. Dr. Ana is very nice.
Very unprofessional behaviour, they are scheduling me 3 times. They scheduled appointment 3 times and canceled it two times and third time when i went they told you have appointment at 1 not 11 am. Then i requested that i came specially here today, then she told everybody has work. You can reschedule it for next week. How she supposed to reschedule after rescheduling it three times. Receptionist needs to work on scheduling making to avoid these issues. One more thing, i tell them everytime to sent confirmation but they rarely do it.
