I visited Credit Valley Diagnostic Centre for an ultrasound and the technician Helen assisted me. Helen with her positive energy, professionalism, and kindness made the entire experience far more pleasant and I cannot express enough the appreciation I have for her. I highly recommend technician Helen.
The best place to go for all sorts of testing. The team here is so professional, kind and caring! My family has been going here for as long as I can remember. Will be booking all my tests here!

We were referred to Credit Valley Diagnostic Centre, however, there are no x-ray technicians working Saturday which is not openly disclosed on their website or Google and I'll speak to my MPP formally. They did indicate I should have called in advance and asked, sadly, we can not expect this service at a location that is Provincially licensed to provide that exact service. I question, the low quality of service and additional quality assurance measures are required to find far more efficient personalle and businesses.
I recently had a disappointing experience with this Lab. I called Credit Valley Diagnostics on 20 July to book multiple ultrasounds. I provided all the details, including which areas needed to be scanned, and was told it could take about two hours. The lady booked me for 7th August. When I arrived, I was told there was no appointment for those ultrasounds and that they only have one tech who is available by the end of Sep 2025. After waiting two weeks, this was incredibly unnerving and frustrating. They said they could only do one ultrasound and an X-ray that day, which was done. Despite giving them my prescriptions and my specialist’s contact information, all my results were sent to the wrong offices and wrong fax numbers. It turned into a nightmare tracking down my tests and getting them to the right doctor. There is something seriously wrong with how this place operates. The reckless, casual attitude toward patients’ health is unacceptable. Please avoid this place at any cost if you truly care for your health.
I have been going to this lab for years and I have been having really good experience- - cleanliness of the place, promptness on schedule and friendly staff. However, this morning, Mar 20th, 8am, I had mammogram and given that it was painful, I had to ease myself by creating some sound which is not loud at all and only the technician and myself can hear, she got irritated and told me that she cannot stop the procedure which is not my intention. She does not have any empathy with the patients. Meanwhile, the ultrasound technician has been very nice and accommodating. I still need to go to this place but hopefully I won’t be assigned to the same mammogram technician again as she I felt dumb and uneasy. You may directly send me message and I can give you my full name and schedule for the day so that you can educate her on how to deal with patients. Patients are already worried and have lots of things running on our head and not to mention that some of us are in pain, showing some empathy would help instead of being rude. Anyway, this is the only unfortunate experience that I had with this location, everything else have been great. Thank you.
Unfortunately ultrasound Technicion was very rude … this was our first ultrasound and we were already stressed she destroyed our moment by been rude on my wife and yelling … she did not give any information she just make us more stressed and worried. Not recommended and management shall follow with their employees performance and remember your clients are looking for care not to be rude with them.
