Me and my kids have been part of this family for some time now and i cant think of a better place for kids to train after school on their self defense and self-confidence. Mike and Emily work tirelessly to make this place better every day for everyone. With the new expansion coming soon, they will have even more to welcome all of you. They both such great teachers and mentors, and the same goes for the rest of their team that also teach and help everyone. I definitely recommend it, you won't regret give them a chance. Mike and Emilly have created and maintain a VERY WELCOMING training academy with no judgment. Everyone from all walks of life join, train, and increase their abilities, health, and community. Fellow capoeistas always help each other out to help advance their skills. This is a testament to the foundation Mike and Emilly have set. Grvty has plenty to offer, BUT capoeria is the most well-rounded martial art. Capoeria trains your full body and feeds your soul through the hype music they play!! You learn songs to sign, play a variety of instruments, and practice without contact. Emily and team were just awesome in hosting my son's 6th bday party! Very responsive from the day we booked their space. The instructors are really good and the kids had so much fun doing Capoeira with the beats of tambourine! The disco lights made the kids really happy! It was a first kind of experience for us and it was amazing!! They helped in putting things together on the party day and also in clearing things up. Kudos to Zgravty, you guys made our day ?

Great place for both kids and adults! Very friendly environment. Personal attention for students of all levels. Coaches with decades of experience teach all aspects of capoeira: history, music, songs, martial art, acrobatics and Portuguese. There are also bujinkan and karate classes. Highly recommended!
