I have trained at EMA for a few years and genuinely loved every minute of it. The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive, and know how to push you safely, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced fighter. I am new to this studio but not to Krav. Both the owner and instructors are not only competent, kind and helpful but they all welcomed me with open arms. The class structure is excellent and the teaching is top notch. Highly highly recommended for anyone who wants to get physically fit and learn some very important life skills. Age and gender do not matter, this is for every human!
Dan Novak has been stellar! I have had poor experiences in the past with other Muay Thai gym but that has not been the case with EMA Mississauga. Instructors (Jeff, Gerine, Val) have been friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend it, especially if you are a woman looking for a place that does not have a bro/bully culture (who would, right?).

I’ve been involved with Elite Martial Arts since 2019. What started as a desire to get in shape and learn a new skill exploded into earning my black belt in Krav Maga. Dan and his team make classes exciting and engaging, I hadn’t even realized just how much time had gone by because I was so excited for the next opportunity to train. In addition to Krav Maga, the school offers Muay Thai boxing where students can train to get into sanctioned fights, as many students here have. World class training, great instructors, and a great community.
