I came here for a payday loan, and instead of honoring what was clearly stated in the contract, they questioned why I didn’t make a payment earlier than the agreed date. I made my payment exactly as outlined in the contract, yet they still charged me a late fee — basically for not paying early. To make things worse, they refused to give me another loan until I paid this late fee that I wasn’t even aware of. I was simply following what was written in the contract and doing everything as agreed. When I tried to explain this to the manager, he was rude and completely unprofessional. I strongly recommend staying away from this place. There are plenty of other payday loan companies that treat their customers with respect and follow their own agreements. The manager I dealt with was named Parth, and he showed no understanding of proper business conduct. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Parth was really helpful and made the steps very easy to acquire the service I needed. Would recommend him to my friends and family to visit the store anytime
Very nice company and they were able to help me quickly and sufficiently only thing is they ask a lot of questions and there’s a lot of signing of paperwork
