Customer service is terrible. They literally just hire anyone and don't care to educate them about their services. Don't waste your time with this place.
Absolutely brutal, applied, signed and nothing came through. I read the last review about it being new software last month, I wonder what it is this month. I will never use their service again, very unreliable.
Amazing staff!! They are very professional and knowledgeable. I have always had a great experience with them! The process is quick and simple. Great job to the staff at this location! You guys are awesome!
Not the most reliable online service. Didn't get funds after signing contract today. Doubt I'll get it tomorrow as they are closed on Sundays. Disappointed as I thought this company was on the ball. If you require immediate assistance or funds, I would suggest going in person or look elsewhere.
This company specifically employs the least qualified customer care agents. They are consistently unpleasant whenever you call for assistance at any location. And took very long to approve an application online.
Customer service in branch has always been great. However having fallen on hard times especially now when the virus has left me unemployed and waiting for government assistance they still threaten me with legal action to collect. When landlords, banks and telecommunications etc are being understanding and accommodating, money direct feels the 1000 I owe them should come before taking care of my family. Even the government isn't collecting outstanding debt right now.
i have been dealing with this location for almost a year and never an issue never been mistreated by CSR'S i am a very happy lady i sent the EMT and can reloan as soon as the store opens if needed very happy
